This Privacy Policy explains how First Presbyterian Church of Athens (the “Church”) collects, uses, discloses, and keeps your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you use our website and/or our related mobile applications (collectively the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Information collected through our Site.

We collect Personal Information from you when you create an account on our Site, fill out a form, send correspondence to the Church, or otherwise enter your Personal Information on the Site.

Minors
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of thirteen, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If you are thirteen years of age or younger and using our Site, do not give any Personal Information about yourself, such as your name, address, birth date, phone number, school or email address. If we find our that a minor under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete that Personal Information. Parents and guardians are given an option to opt out of having their pictures published when they enroll with Children’s Ministry or Youth programs. When third parties send us photographs or images of minors, we ask that they do the same and have some form of permission to have taken those photographs and images and permission to use them. We ask users who send photographs and images of minors to our Site not to send images for which they do not have permission of the parents or guardian or send photographs or images in violation of local, state or federal law.
