Food Sunday and Volunteering Opportunity
You may bring donations of coffee, tea, “odd shelf items” (mustard, mayo, ketchup, BBQ sauce, salad dressings), or non-food items (bath soap, shampoo, deodorant, lotion, toilet paper, household cleaning supplies), to church Sunday, December 4. You may also bring items to the church office until Friday, December 2. Thanks for your donations in November, it makes a big difference to our neighbors in need.
Athens Emergency Food Bank needs volunteers on Friday, December 2, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., to help sorting and putting away cans. All are welcome to come help for as long as you are available. For more information, please contact Kim Ramos at aaefb@bellsouth.net.
