First Presbyterian Church of Athens is a congregation of 900+ members located in the heart of downtown Athens. We are seeking a Sunday Morning Manager to work on Sundays from 7:00 am - 1:00 p.m. and perform a variety of duties necessary to ensure that Sunday morning church activities run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Turning on lights throughout the church
• Preparing the sanctuary for worship: checking oil in candles, setting out flowers, tidying up
• Making coffee and preparing the Atrium and Adult Sunday School floor to receive church members and friends
• Assisting with sound board and live streaming of worship services as needed
• Assisting church staff and volunteers as needed
• Ensuring the building is secure before clocking out
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Must be dependable, friendly, neat and organized
